Honoring Abdul Ahad – A Legacy of Light
“Death is not for the one who has passed — it’s a wake-up call for those still living.”
We are heartbroken to share the passing of Abdul Ahad — a beloved brother, friend, and pillar for the community. At just 24 years old, Abdul Ahad lived a life full of meaning. Abdul Ahad never hesitated to lend a helping hand. With a heart full of compassion and no desire for recognition, he quietly served wherever he was needed — whether it was delivering food to struggling families, registering voters, organizing events, or simply being there for someone in a difficult moment. He gave his time, energy, and care without ever expecting anything in return. His life was a reflection of sincere service and silent strength.
To his family and friends, Abdul Ahad was a source of warmth and light. His smile lit up every room, and his presence had a way of bringing peace and positivity to those around him. He was soft-spoken, sincere, and carried a quiet strength that spoke louder than words.
He never once showed disrespect or frustration toward his elders. His character spoke louder than words. His brother recalls that every time he called Abdul Ahad, Abdul Ahad could tell how he was feeling just by the tone of his voice — and no matter what the situation was, Abdul Ahad always responded with respect, calmness, and love.
He passed away doing what he always did — standing up for others. Though his time was short, his heart and actions left a deep mark on everyone who knew him.
This fundraiser is a way for us to continue Abdul’s legacy of service. The money raised will go towards supporting orphans in need of religious education and basic necessities like food and shelter.
Abdul Ahad's life reminds us that nothing in this world is guaranteed. Time is short, and what we do with it matters. Let’s take advantage of the time we have. Let’s do good. Let’s carry his light forward.
Please donate whatever you can, and keep Abdul Ahad in your prayers.
May Allah SWT allow his legacy to live on in every hand we hold up in his name, Ameen!
