Carrie’s Open Heart Surgery

Hi my name is April and I’m raising money to help my little sister get through her surgery and time away from work. Carrie is a single mom of two, one 7 year old and one 17 year old. She was diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse with major regurgitation. The doctor stated that if she didn’t get the surgery “she will just drop dead one day.” She is due to have open heart surgery on the 29th of July. Her recovery is expected to last 6 months. Carrie has no other income source besides her job and her bills will be piling up while she is out. She is very scared of the surgery and if you can’t help with anything else please just pray for her and the kids to get through this trying time.
