After years of hopes, dreams and plans we are starting our next big adventure... We are ADOPTING!!!
We are so thrilled to share this next life altering event with all of you! As many of you are aware, building a family has been extremely important to us. We have been on this journey for many years and been through many ups and downs. We are so very excited to finally get the chance to share all the love we have in our hearts with a child!
Adoption is expensive!
Sadly, there is one big deterrent from making our dreams come true. The cost! As is true with so much in life today, adoption costs a lot. We had no clue how expensive it was until we began seriously looking into it. To even begin the adoption process, agencies require you have $35,000-$65,000!
As some of you may be aware, we spent over $40,000 the past two years on infertility treatments, including IVF. Unfortunately, the results of these treatments concluded that pregnancy would not be an option for us. The significant amount of money that was invested in that process has set us back from where we need to be in order to adopt. We won't let this be anything more than a speed bump on our road to becoming parents. We know there are plenty of children in need of loving families and good homes, and we can not wait to provide those to one!
The adoption process can take up to several years to complete. We have been ready to be parents for so long, we are wasting no time in our efforts to do so. For the last few months, we have been doing everything in our power to save every dollar we can. Thus far, we only have a fraction of what we need to proceed, so we're turning to our family and friends to help us complete our dream and bring our little one home!

We have a beautiful wooden heart air balloon, we plan to use to decorate our little ones nursery. Your donation will buy you a heart in the hot air balloon. Each heart represents your love. We will write your name on that heart and place it in the balloon. This is something we will cherish for years to come and will serve as a beautiful reminder of all the amazing people that helped to bring our child home. Our hope is with enough love from all of you, we can fill the balloon and help our dreams take flight!
