Carolina Greens

Carolina Greens is a student-led nonprofit with mission to grow, collect, and sell food for the benefit of the local soup kitchens of Eastern NC. Growing takes place our greenhouse and consists of mainly vegetables for direct donation to the soup kitchens. Collecting takes place through soup drives as well as our 1 Square Yard challenge where student volunteers grow vegetables themselves for the soup kitchen. Lastly, microgreens and basil are sold in Farmer’s Market Events as well as directly to restaurants and homebuyers in the area. Your contribution will go towards our mission. Thank you.
