Help Carole, 83, Rebuild Her Home and Independence
At 82, I never thought I’d lose my freedom and dignity this way — please help me rebuild what was taken.
My Story
Hello, my name is Carole. I’m 82 years old, and I never thought I would find myself in such a heartbreaking situation at this stage of my life.
Over the past year, people I trusted completely betrayed me. They defrauded me of my savings, took away my car, and even removed my kitchen from my home. What they did has left me without the basic comforts of independence, and the emotional pain has been almost unbearable.
For the last nine months, I’ve lived without a kitchen. I cannot cook a simple hot meal or even wash my dishes in a sink. For the last fifteen months, I’ve been without a car, stripped of the freedom to get to the shops, attend appointments, or visit friends. At my age, this loss of independence has left me feeling trapped, isolated, and utterly vulnerable.
What I’m Asking For
I am humbly asking for your help to rebuild some of what I’ve lost. My greatest wish is to have a working kitchen again and a small car that will give me back my liberty. These may seem like ordinary things, but for me, they mean dignity, self-reliance, and the ability to live with peace of mind.
How You Can Help
Every donation, no matter how small, is a step towards giving me back my independence and hope. Whether it’s the cost of a meal, a contribution towards my kitchen, or help towards a little car, your kindness will directly change my daily life.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your compassion, kindness, and support.
