My name is Coty; my mother Carol Stone received a devastating diagnosis of Triple Negative Breast Cancer on February 2nd. Disease process was advanced on diagnosis.

We attempted to start chemotherapy as a last ditch effort to save my mother’s life. Unfortunately my other did not respond to chemotherapy and has steadily declined since.

Our plan is to take her home with hospice today, as she is no longer able to tolerate chemo.

My mother is a very loved woman. We are sure going to miss her, but cherishing the time that we have left at home.
