Carly's Love Lives On Through Penny

On her due date, Jordan and Carly were waiting with eager anticipation at their home when her water broke. Filled with excitement, they headed to the hospital to welcome their first child. Their daughter Penelope "Penny" Mansfield arrived in the early morning hours on July 19th, 2025. She is a healthy 8lbs 8oz, with the sweetest cheeks and fairest hair. Much to everyone's shock, Carly suddenly passed away after spending only a short time with her beloved family.

Jordan and Carly had so many plans and dreams. Coming home from the hospital without Carly is unimaginable. She is everywhere. Her quilts adorn the farmhouse they've put lots of time and love into renovating. Her vegetables abundantly fill their garden. The sunglasses she set down before leaving the house rest atop the piano. More than these physical reminders, her light and love fills the space where their family will now do their best to grow and flourish in her absence.
