Early morning of April 9, 2023, a home invasion occurred at 11877 Old Columbia Pike, Silver Spring, MD. Seven people reside in the home, including five minors. Carlos’ mom and sisters watched him bleed out and plead for help right in front of them in their home. The home is unsafe and not deem-able for the family to live in with the traumatic reminder of the loving son, brother, uncle, friend, and dad, Carlos they lost. With unsecured entrances, blood stains, and bullet holes still in the home it is impossible for the family to remain in the home.
