Hello ladies

Our beautiful Carla needs our community support right now. ( she doesn’t know about this fundraiser) she has the biggest heart in the world and I just know that most of you in here have been supported by her in the past and I would love to give that support back to our queen Carla. 

she posted the below to Facebook just last night and as a community I know we can come together to show our love and give them some support through this tough time.

I'm not normally a praying person but my best friend in the entire world Matt Alexander is in need of all of your prayers and positive thoughts

I took him to emergency at SCU on Thursday at lunchtime, he was quickly taken through for tests and scans. He's had bleeding on the brain which resulted in a stroke, the doctors don't think that he'll ever get movement back (but it's early days and he's a fighter) He may also have an infection in his heart valves (the doctors are pretty certain) so he may have to have surgery to replace the valves. They also had to remove a pice of his skull to help with the swelling of his brain, he's got a pretty funky fryer tuck looking haircut!!

He's not out of the woods just yet. We were told today that the virus he has, effects less than 2% of the population!

Every time I write a message to someone or talk on the phone I burst into tears because I can't actually believe the words that I have to say

I know he'll pull through but we are in for a very hard road. If you want any updates please send myself or my beautiful mumma in law Kerri Alexander a message and we can fill you in. It may not be right away as we are very overwhelmed by it all.
