Caring hard working mom trying to get her daughter back .

Hi, I’m Cecilia Gueffroy. Some of you may remember me from a few months back raising money for proper representation to fight to get my daughter back. Since then, I still have not seen her. The reason she has been KEPT NOT TAKEN is because of a detail I didn’t notice myself. As I was getting ready to move on my own, have two jobs, and start a new chapter with my daughter, unfortunately, in the order, it stated I had to give 30 days notice to the court and my ex of my move, and I did. It also said until the court or my daughter father approves my new address, she can be kept from me, and she was, not by court but by her father. I raised the money for proper representation, Hope Hutchinson. Naturally, her father is much more well off than I am, and his situation allows him to continue to fight in the courts.

I have 2 court dates left, April and May. To continue to fight for custody and a divorce, I have to come up with a minimum of $3700 by Monday. So I humbly ask, if there’s any amount you can give, or a share, I’d appreciate it. June will be one year since I’ve seen my daughter, and I’m scared if I can’t keep my counsel for the last two dates I will have to start from scratch, and it may be another year before I can get to court and get her back. She is 5. The first two and a half years of her life, I raised her alone. I was unable to use all that evidence before because they (his counsel) limited it to one-year increments. Since I am divorcing as well, this is THE BEST shot I have.
