My name is Christopher Nichols on
6-12-2020
my wife gave birth to our beautiful son. She started having problems with her output and stomach a couple of months prior to the delivery
Though she knew it wasn’t, they figured it was the ” typical” pregnancy issues...they didn't know but she did what the doctor ordered. Still no relief.
So our boy being breached, and her water broke, the wife had a C-section. This is when found out that she had a mass in her intestinal tract
6-20-2020
wife's sister woke me up. And I rushed her to the hospital because she was puking and having stools mucus substance as before. CT-PET scan Later determined as stage 3 colon cancer as Also shown many other areas in the intestine, inner thighs, and near armpits. She had a stent put in her ureter and colon in hopes to open the passage so as to have an output. They put a port on the right clavicle and prior to her release. They gave her a final CT scan to find she had an abscess smaller than the size of a pea, which they gave her antibiotics for.
7-11-2020 Wife got released from the hospital. she’s not at full strength and nauseated and the dang car broke down right outside the hospital. Her sister came and got us. Had to get a tow. Borrowed money from her sister and Partially fix the car. 7-13/14-2020 She had an allergic reaction to the anabiotic. Her tongue and throat had blistering. She received a substitute. She had been incredibly weak. She tried to get out and she trie to care for the baby... But a very big struggle. Then she started having the same symptoms as when she first got admitted.
7-16-2020 chemo doctor would not let her leave due to her having a fever and weakness. With a temperature of 101.7, because she had that abscess, now it continues to grow the size of a ”golfball” that was leaking into her stomach causing her to be weak and Nauseous.... transfer to Indianapolis Methodist Hospital again.
7-17-2020 now sitting beside her she has had a drain put in her stomach to drain her abscess. The doctor says if this doesn’t work she will have to get her a colostomy and try to remove her cancer after chemo. I know that taking care of the baby will be full-time, as well as managing through doctors' appointments for my wife and to add that she has high anxiety and mild agoraphobia.
I am a 50-year-old CNA and have not worked much in the past three months while providing care for her..and now the baby. Not to mention that the car is still down and is now at a shop..we are struggling and behind.
So, now I’m trying to find some means to ease our way through her recovery this next year while I am taking care of our newborn as well as caring for my wife as she moves on forward into her chemotherapy, So my aunt mentioned to possibly try turn to this.
If this actually works… I want to thank all the contributors in advance! God be with you, Be blessed!
