I need prayer and financial support for my ministry. The cost of technology to send e-mails, get phone calls, and to do video visits has gotten so expensive as the number of men that I communicate has increased. I am spending around $1,000 a month just to stay connected (that is crazy, right?!). I also want to travel to see my friends in other states but airfare alone is costly. Trips to Texas cost me $2,300 as I stay for a couple of weeks in order to see all of my friends. I started 8 1/2 years ago with just 2 guys on the row in Virginia. Now I communicate with 66 men on the row over 9 states. I promise you anything you donate will go to very good use!! For instance, your donations enable me to e-mail my biblical reflections to the guys on an almost daily basis.

My ministry by the numbers:

- 32 friends in NC – I visit 10 of the men. Almost every Saturday I am visiting with 2 of them. I e-mail all of them at a cost of over $100 / month

- 17 friends in TX – need $’s for airfare, car rental, and hotel. In order to visit all of my friends I need to stay 6 nights. I e-mail them my biblical reflections almost every day. My e-mail cost is about $400 / month

- 6 friends in VA – video visits at a cost of $200 / month; e-mail around $30 / month

- 4 friends in FL – visit 1 of them on a quarterly basis so need money for hotel stays and gas. To e-mail almost daily is $50 / month

- 3 friends in SC – e-mail them around $50 / month

- 1 friend in OK – want to visit so will need $’s for airfare, car rental, and hotel; e-mail several times a day at a cost of around $75 / month

- 1 friend in IN – email him at no cost

- 1 friend in TN – write letters so $s for stamps

- 1 friend in AL – e-mail at $20 / month

I also need prayer support. I can do what I do only because I have your prayers that sustain me!! I know several of you pray for me and my friends on a daily basis and I cannot thank you enough as it means EVERYTHING to me!

Just as a reminder, I don't work so that I can do ministry full-time. And I promise you, this is more than a full-time ministry! I never, ever take any money for my time.
