Hello, We are a group made up of local people who are fund raising to host a Christmas Dinner for Care Leavers in the North Kent on Christmas day.

Christmas dinner North Kent is a day, planned and run by volunteers, making a fun Christmas Day experience or local, Young Care Leavers who would otherwise be alone on the day itself. Research indicates that Christmas can be the loneliest time for many people, particularly young people with care experience.

Taking place at a top secrete location, we will be hosting around 30 young folks who have chosen to join us for the day. More than a Christmas Dinner, its a whole day with all the trimmings- A tree, decorations, gifts, card, food, games, companionship, music.... Whatever we associate with a Christmas Day .... minus the arguments over the last pig in blanket!

No young care leaver should be alone on Christmas Day other than through choice.

Your donations will be used to buy the food and all the trimmings, Gifts and transport for each of the young people attending on the day.

We will provide updates as this fund raiser progresses.
