Care for Kate - Help Her Fight Against Leukemia

We are reaching out to our community for support in a time of need.

Kathleen, a 5th grader at Seymour Smith, has recently been diagnosed with Leukemia, and her family is facing just the start of many challenges during her 2.5-year battle. As they begin the difficult journey of treatment, the medical costs, since insurance doesn’t always cover all expenses, hospital stays, and necessary medications quickly add up. Her family is traveling a great deal for specialized care.

Any donation, no matter the size, will help alleviate some of the financial burden for Kate's mom, and will allow them to focus on what matters most - our warrior's battle.
