Hello my name is Sarah. My sister Cassie has been fighting Cancer (leukemia) for about 3 years now. She is a wonderful mom to a 5 year old daughter (Eva) and 2 year old daughter (Athena). She has had 3 bone marrow transplants all from two of her sisters.

Currently the doctors are saying that there might be leukemia in Cassies brain and she is also fighting a really bad viral infection in her bladder. Cassie is back on chemotherapy. This has caused Cassie tremendous pain, weakness, and depression. She has had difficulty eating, getting out of bed, and even opening her eyes.

Our mom has recently been at Cassies side as much as she can, however the bills are starting to pile up. My two other sisters have pitched in where they can to help watch Cassies daughters but are now missing out on work causing more bills to pile up. We are asking for any donations to help us be by Cassies side. Cassie has showed positive improvement with her mom by her side and often cries for her mother to be there. As you can imagine this has been difficult for our mom to stay by her side because of the bills piling up. Also the travel has become expensive as Cassies treatments are in Pittsburgh and we live in Erie.

We are asking for your help so that we can stay by cassies side to keep her spirits up to get her back home to her daughters.
