We are Support Workers from Alternative Futures Group, fundraising for our UNISON hardship fund to support us as we have been forced to take industrial action against brutal pay cuts. 

Our employer is no longer paying us minimum wage levels for so-called 'sleep-in' shifts, meaning we will be struggling to make ends meet.

We love our jobs and believe we are worth at least National Minimum Wage for the important and challenging work we do caring for the most vulnerable in society.

As carers, taking strike action is not easy for us and especially when we are already struggling financially. Anything you can contribute to our hardship fund would be very much appreciated and will make a massive difference to our campaign.
