Car needed for transport after house fire.

Hi, I am Bek/Kiri depending where I met you. Most know I am a single mother of 2. A boy with medical conditions and a girl who I homeschool.

2 weeks ago our family home caught fire. I was not home at the time as I was at an appointment with my son. I left my daughter home asleep, as I have done many times.

While at the appointment I got a call saying my house was on fire. The 5 seconds between me telling my mum that my daughter was asleep inside until she confirmed to me that she had got out was the longest 5 seconds in my life. But yes, thankfully she got out safe, and so did our family cat who was in the kitchen where the fire started when I left. Turns out the cat went to my daughter's room and jumped on her bed, waking her up. Our cat is a treasure for sure.

We have spent the past 2 weeks living in a motel and have been blessed to have had amazing support during this time. I am happy to say we have now secured a rental. The rental is in the next town over and this is where I come to you in request for support.

To be able to get into town for the needs of my children and myself (appointments, homeschool educational activities and the daily errands) I am going to need a car. While I have saved a little over time due to my goal of buying a car anyways, this unfortunate life experience has seen me needed the car much sooner than I had anticipated.
