Hello, world!

I'm Travis and you've probably seen the video of armored ICE fascists using tear gas on innocent civilians and then unloading pepper rounds on me, climaxing into a flying dad bomb tackle.

I'm currently laid off due to budget cuts and my wife is an independent artist and so I thought I'd use my time best to oppose this power-hungry regime and the hyper-violent ICE soldiers and protect our community.

This GoFundMe was setup effectively as a means of getting some income to help us stay afloat and support the ICE protests here in Portland, Oregon. We could really use some financial support right now and I hope you will consider even just donating $1. That would mean the world to me that people are wanting support the "war" effort in Portland.

It's been my life goal to serve the people as best I can in being a US Navy Helicopter Rescue Swimmer, Paramedic, US Coast Guard Aircraft Mechanic and Hospital Corpman, Swiftwater River Rescue, DEFCON ICS Village talk presenter, and I was on the Mt Hood Community College Cybersecurity Advisory Board. This was all to hopefully help make our world a better place!

I'm not perfect but I do my very best everyday and try to help others do their best as well. As Mr. Rogers said, "Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping". My aim is to be as true to that statement as possible.

Also, our Shiba Inu is sick and she needs to be taken to a specialist clinic to get treated for an ear infection that's lasted months.
