Last year I took teams of canvassers to Delaware and West Virginia to help progressive Senate candidates Jess Scarane and Paula Jean Swearengin. We spent a full week on each trip knocking doors 7 hrs a day in Wilmington, DE and in Huntington, Beckley, and Mercer County, WV.

Now with the establishment’s dark money being used against progressive champion Senator Mina Turner, we need to pull out all the stops and do everything we can to ensure this win in OH-11. I’m taking a week off work and am going to join some other local progressives who already on the ground, and have secured some donated spare rooms to folks traveling to assist.

This GoFundMe is for airfare and car rental to Cleveland from July 26-Aug 3 (election day). Please kick in a few bucks so Senator Turner has two more sets of boots on the ground for this all-important effort.
