On Sunday afternoon, June 18th, 2023, a tragic fire destroyed a row of three homes in SE Baltimore’s Canton neighborhood. It was the result of a gas grill catching fire. Our friends who are a family of three lived in the neighboring middle house. Their home was unfortunately completely destroyed. Although insurance will eventually replace the house and many of their belongings, they are currently in need of basically everything . I am organizing this GoFundMe to help defray some of the costs of replacing all the necessities, covering insurance deductibles, etc..

Jamie is a wounded US Army combat veteran, as he was shot in the leg during a firefight with the Taliban. He lives in chronic pain but deals with it through daily exercise and a physical therapy program. Kellie is currently serving in the US Army at the Pentagon. Their 11 year old daughter attends St Casimirs School here in Baltimore. Jamie and Kellie are so kind and selfless. They help out often in the community and at the school.
