Every year at the Canonbie and Netherby Street Party performers donate their time in support of a local charity. This year's street party fundraiser is for Action for Refugees in Lewisham (AFRIL). Any contributions, large or small, will be very gratefully received!

AFRIL is a small local charity, founded in 2006 to support asylum seekers, vulnerable migrants and refugees in south east London to lift themselves out of poverty and rebuild their lives in the heart of our community.

​​The money raised from our street party will help support AFRIL’s services: Casework and Advocacy; Rainbow Club Supplementary School; Food Bank; Allotment of Refuge; and Immigration Project in partnership with Southwark Law Centre.
