The "Canasta Basica" in Nicaragua is compiled of the basic Food Products (and it's really nothing fancy!) that a family needs on a monthly basis. That includes rice, beans, oil, eggs, and milk to name a few. Prices of basic food have been rising and job opportunities are rare or not there at all, considering the circumstances.

After some difficult years, the pandemic has further aggravated the situation of many families.

We are a small local travel agency, that hasn´t been able to give work to our drivers, guides, and partners in recent months. As you probably know, tourism is frozen with no traveling activity in the near future. Nonetheless, we want to help! Hopefully, we can support our partners by counting on your donations to help them get through this rough phase!

Once we can welcome you to this beautiful country again we will return our thanks by organizing an amazing holiday with a special touch just for you. You can count on a warm welcome with big smiles from Eddy, Marcos, Horacio, Sonia, Chepe, and the vast community depending on tourism!

With your donation, we will be able to support about 10 families with food and give them a little hope to get through the situation. Any small contribution is helpful!

We know we are all going through a rough phase, but some are luckier than others, so if you are one of the luckier ones and can spare a small amount for those that are not as lucky we would forever appreciate it!
