Canadian Children relocated to ??? in the USA

My name is Gary, I am the Father of two Children aged 5 and 10 years old. They are Canadian born Children whom have been moved to California USA in Aug 2018. As stated in the Court decision, they were to remain in Family care for two years in California, this move was an interim move to the USA.

Then suddenly, unannounced and without notice to the Courts or myself, my two Boys were once again moved in June 2019, this time to Idaho.

Then AGAIN in 2020, I was told via text message, that my Children were once again 'moved' to a new location. It has been over a year and I STILL DO NOT KNOW where my Children live in Idaho, this I believe against Court decision. 

Recently in July 2021, I was then forced to drive 3000kms / 1875miles through a closed border to pick up my Boys at a Police Station in Boise. I was finally able to exercise my Court Ordered Right, as a Father and had both my Boys back home here in Canada for just under a month. After 573 days apart, I was able to reconnect with my two Boys here at home, their longest know residence. They both requested numerous times to come back to Canada to live and go to School. 

In Dec 2019, at the end of our Christmas visit, I was saddened to hear my eldest Son tell me he would "Rather Kill Himself Than Live In Boise...". The second time we talked about it, I was able to recorded it and presented this to his Mother, we couldn’t agree on what was best for our Child.  

My oldest Child is living under an extreme amount of stress, he has even been told to LIE to hide is living address from his Father, and LIE at the border of the CANADA & USA border when asked by the border agents. He is fed up moving (three times in three years), requires stability in his life and wants to be closer to his Father, not ‘living in the desert.’

In the past three years I have spent everything I could on my Law Firm fighting for my Children's rights to see their Father, and to locate the whereabouts of their residence (and in what conditions they live in!). 

I have had to involve the following agency's at a cost of over $136,000 in the past three years....I am looking for help.

The reason for my GoFundMe is to help me locate my Children in Idaho, and continue the legal battle to ensure my Children are taken care of, provided the necessities of life and have communication with their Father, as per the Court Orders in place.

My Goal is to gain full custody of my Children back here in Canada, where they BOTH want to live.

Please help my two Children, as they do not have a voice in Court.
