Medway Asthma Self Help is a small, local charity based in Gillingham, Kent that has been helping the local community with asthma health since 1996. We provide support, help, advice and information about asthma and how to promote positive self management leading to less emergency healthcare and better quality of life. We have been active in the community for almost 30 years.

We need to raise £10,000 before the end of December or we face imminent closure.

We have helped thousands of people over the last 30 with positive asthma self-management, we are hoping the community can help us!
