Can you help a PA B12 Deficient Sufferer

I am the founder and admin of the Pernicious Anaemia B12 Deficiency Support Group on Facebook. I am appealing on behalf of my members for funds to help obtain B12 injections.
B12 injections are an essential vitamin. A lack of B12, if left untreated, causes death. All Pernicious Anaemia B12 Deficient sufferers should and must have access to B12 injections.
The cost of living has increased, food prices are going through the roof, and rent has risen to all-time highs with no relief in sight. Jobs have been lost because of the pandemic. My group is international, and this situation exists all over the world. How do you make the decision to purchase B12 when you can't put food on your table?
Some members of my group now find themselves in the precarious position of not being able to afford to buy their life-saving injections. For the past several years, I have run fundraisers in my group to assist those members who needed help. This year the number of members seeking assistance has quadrupled. At the present time, I have four members who use hydroxocobalamin and who need help . This is one week after I helped seven members with providing or purchasing supplies.
Canada Drug Superstore and B12 shot com generously donate vials of cyanocobalamin to my group. One of the owners is deficient in B12 and he ensuresthat I receive enough cyanocobalamin each month to meet the demand for those members who cannot afford to buy it. But it also costs money to ship out the vials of cyanocobalamin, and I can no longer absorb that cost from my own finances.
Please consider donating to our fund, so those members who are in need will not develop further neurological damage. Pernicious Anaemia and or B12 Deficiency caused by malabsorption of B12 is not just another vitamin deficiency.
