Hello, my name is Misty Christensen and I am fundraising for my trip to Costa Rica 2026, which I need to fundraise £5,000. In this trip I will volunteer work in the local Costa Rica community, helping to build vital communal buildings like schools and homes for those who need it most. This will help improve the quality of life and wellbeing to the local villages and support them to grow and flourish.

This will also be a life changing, unforgettable experience for me where I will grow as an individual and learn new things I might have never learnt otherwise. I sometimes struggle with my confidence so going on a adventure to develop my confidence will help me for the future and the rest if my life.

I will also get my PADI Open Water Dive Qualification out there in the warm tropical waters of Costa Rica and witness the wonderful wildlife out there.
