Our Daughter Deserves the Freedom to Travel Safely – Please Help Us Get a Camper Van

We are the proud parents of a beautiful young girl Jessica who lives with complex needs due to epilepsy and a rare KCNB1 gene mutation. Her condition affects her brain, mobility, and development, and she requires 24/7 care, and a calm, safe environment at all times.

Traveling is one of the most difficult parts of our life as a family—but also one of the most important.

Because of her condition:

• ✈️ Flying is not possible, as it can trigger seizures and is overwhelming for her sensory and medical needs.

• Car journeys are extremely stressful and unsafe over long distances.

• Hotels and unfamiliar places are not equipped for her needs, and packing/unpacking everything she requires is exhausting and often impossible.

That’s why we’re fundraising for a camper van—a safe, mobile base that allows us to take holidays in the UK as a family, without the constant worry about whether she will be okay.

Why a Camper Van Will Change Our Lives:

A camper van would allow us to:

• Travel with everything she needs, medication, and supplies in one place

• Create a consistent, safe environment for her no matter where we are

• Take breaks when she needs them, without worrying about distance or accommodation
