Building a Suit for Albineaux
Donation protected
Join me in creating a suit for Albineaux "Al" Boudreaux. I'm Cory St. Ewart, a passionate UL alumnus, reaching out to fellow fans and community members to support a grassroots campaign aimed at revitalizing our university's mascot presence.
Over the past three years, I've developed Albineaux from an inspired idea into a detailed character plan that embodies our unique Cajun and Creole heritage. This initiative is more than just introducing a mascot; it's about enhancing game day experiences, strengthening community ties, and celebrating our rich cultural history.
We have a proposal from The Mascot Company to craft a high-quality, durable mascot suit that Albineaux can wear to athletic events, community engagements, and more. To make this dream a reality, we are initiating a GoFundMe campaign to fund the creation of the suit and ensure Albineaux can start representing our community both on and off the field.
Your support will help bring Albineaux to life. My goal is to have student create activities that will fill the stands with energy and pride.
**Disclaimer: This is a fan led initiative that is outside and not associated with UL Lafayette**
