Hello, My name is Kyle Gift; I am asking for donations for an upcoming fundraiser I am holding on April 17th, 2022. The money that is raised will be used to pay for fuel reduction projects within the communities of Camp Meeker and Occidental CA. To promote this fundraiser, I will be running from the town of Occidental all the way to the top of Pole Mountain in the Jenner Headlands. This Fire prevention is desperately needed within our community. The forests surrounding our homes have many sick, dead, or dying trees, and there is an overabundance of dense underbrush that hasn't been managed in years. Most of the people living here do not have the means to handle all the work that is necessary. We urgently need your help to prevent the possibility of a catastrophic fire within our neighborhoods.
