Hi, I’m Charlotte. This March, I will be joining 100 fellow Trinity students on a 120km walk along the Camino de Santiago with TrinityVDP, the student-led branch of St. Vincent de Paul Charity at Trinity College Dublin.
Before setting off on this journey, I aim to raise a minimum of €250 for TrinityVDP, helping to support a wide range of community initiatives, including:
- After-school kids clubs
- Street outreach, providing essential items to people sleeping rough around Trinity’s campus
- Trinity Club for adults with additional support needs
- Food banks for those facing food insecurity
- Sunday Kids Club, offering fun and support for children
- Jubilee Club, a social group for older people
- Various other community projects
The Camino is TrinityVDP’s largest annual fundraiser, ensuring that the society can continue its amazing work supporting vulnerable people in the local community.
Any contribution would be greatly appreciated and will directly support these fantastic initiatives!
