Camille Eagle Scout Project - Mira Costa HS
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Camille and I am a candidate for Eagle Scout from BSA Girls Troop 860. I am also a sophomore at Mira Costa High School, in Manhattan Beach. I have been in the BSA for a year and a half, and I am currently the Senior Patrol Leader of my troop. I am working on my Eagle Scout Project, which will benefit my high school and the community. In addition, I am hoping to become a member of the inaugural class of female Eagle Scouts.
My project will be to paint gray concrete bases of poles in the main parking lot at Mira Costa High School. This will add color to a gray area, inspire school spirit, and be a welcome sight to students when they return from quarantine. We will be painting the base of 42 concrete pillars yellow, and will later personalize each pillar with green and white symbols, such as the school logo, name, and mascot. This will help promote the school and bring color to a place where many students and parents spend time before and after school.
I am extremely grateful for any donations. These donations will help pay for paint, tools, and materials needed to complete this project.
Thank you very much for your time.
