Hi my name is Amy and I’m fundraising for my sister’s partner and their little family who is going through the toughest battle that no one should have to go through.

Our beloved Callum was diagnosed with cancer in June this year at just 32 years old, and throughout this journey he has shown courage, humour, and strength beyond measure. He has fought every step of the way, but today we received the heartbreaking news that his time with us may now be limited to roughly twelve months.

We are obviously going to do everything in our power to make that time longer — but right now, our priority is creating as many happy memories as possible.

Callum has a huge personality and a love for the outdoors — many of his favourite moments have been spent hiking up Pen Y Fan and watching the stars. He always says that if you want to remember how small your problems really are, go and look at the galaxy from Pen Y Fan at night.

His absolute favourite thing in the world, though, is spending time with my sister Lauren and their amazing daughter Penny. Some of their newest and most treasured memories are of their trips together — especially their time in Corfu. But no matter how big the adventure, Callum’s happiest place will always be right at home on the sofa with them — watching his favourite childhood films like Uncle Buck, Matilda, Star Wars, The Goonies or The ‘Burbs, with a bag of sweets and a big blue slush in hand.

Callum is a gym buff and loves to show his strength both inside and out — but he’s also a proud nerd, happiest sharing his endless Star Wars knowledge or watching Indiana Jones and wishing he was him.
