Callie Strong: Run Across TN
A Race Across Tennessee to Cure NGLY1 Deficiency

Every step we take is for Callie -- and for the countless others affected by NGLY1 Deficiency, a devastating and ultra-rare genetic disorder that currently has no cure.

On June 9th our team is running across the state of Tennessee, 175 miles, to raise awareness for NGLY1 Deficiency and to support groundbreaking research through the Grace Science Foundation. Inspired by a brave and beautiful 3-year-old girl named Callie, who is courageously fighting this disease, we're pushing our physical limits to shine a light on this often-overlooked condition.

Our total fundraising goal is $15,000. We'll be running an average of 25 plus miles a day, every day for 6 days, with a goal of raising $2,500 each day. The majority of these donations will go to the Grace Science Foundation (www.gracescience.org) to fund research that gives hope to families like Callie's, with a remaining portion going directly to funding Callie's care and physical therapy treatments.

NGLY1 Deficiency affects fewer than 150 children worldwide. Because it is so rare, research funding is incredibly limited. But we believe in a future where Callie can run, play, and thrive like any other child -- and your support can help make that future possible.

Join us on this journey. Donate, share, cheer us on, and help us bring hope across every mile.

Donate to us. Hope with us. Cure NGLY1. Every step counts.
