Caleb's Ride came about as a way to give back by raising money and awareness for preemies and their families.  Caleb, our son, was born two and a half months premature.  It was an eye opening experience.  Two organizations that helped us out tremendously were The Ronald McDonald House of Long Branch and Michael's Feat.  

The Ronald McDonald House gave us a place to be when we couldn't be by Caleb's side along with a warm home cooked meal every night.

Michael's Feat had built a room within the NICU for parents to stay overnight with their child to help the transition home.  They also came during the holidays with a special gift for the families that were in the NICU.

The money and effort will go towards donations to these two organizations as well as raising awareness about pre-mature births.

The bike ride will take place on July 8th (Raindate July 9th) from Matawan Train Station, along the Henry Hudson Trail, Route 36, to The Ronald McDonald House of Long Branch.
