Caleb's Eagle Scout Project
Hello readers!
I (Caleb Lawson) am planning on tearing down and rebuilding a chain link fence area in a section of Trinity Bible Church in order to complete my Eagle Scout project, a service project that will be organized, planned, and executed primarily by myself, along with the help of others. Although this project will be led by me, it would not be possible without the help of others, from volunteering, advice, and from donations.
This is where your help will be needed! The project itself will cost somewhere over $1000, as new fencing material will need to be installed in the area. Funding from this page will primarily go towards purchasing new chain link fence fabric, along with the necessary fence ties, tension bars, and all the other auxiliary materials necessary to rebuild a new fence. Chain link fence slats will also be installed into the new area.
This project is a necessary requirement towards obtaining the title of Eagle scout, a prestigious achievement that marks the highest rank that can be achieved by a Boy Scout. While many seek after this rank, less than 4% of applicants into the Boy Scout program achieve this honor. It has been a personal goal of mine ever since I first joined Troop 1001 to rise above that statistic, falling in love with the program ever since my first weekend campout with the "Boys from 1001." Your funding will help me to achieve this goal and reach this ultimate rank, as the process of becoming an Eagle Scout is by no means a solo task.
Funds from this project will be collected from the time of this GoFundMe's creation up until the end of August 2017.
