HELLO CADSTOCKERS!
This is the official fundraiser to help KEEP CADSTOCK ALIVE! July 13th and 14th 2024
2024 will be the 12th year that the much loved Cadstock Music Festival in Victoria Park, Cadoxton, Barry will bring delight to so many people from Barry and beyond. Your generosity last year raised a fantastic £1,500 on the last Gofundme effort when Cadstock's future was in doubt. The money helped support the event to go ahead but the biggest support came from Barry Town Council donating a whopping £10,000! We are once again very lucky to have the council's support this year and without their help we wouldn't be able to, however the festival is costing £20,000 to run in total, so we are still very much in need of an annual fundraiser to get it to where it needs to be.
We as the Cadstock committee have agreed that Cadstock should and will remain totally FREE for all. But to do this, it's vital that we have continued support from you, yes! YOU!
5,000 of you attended last year's festival and we were very thankful to received 89 total donations totaling £1,500. We are hoping to double it this year to get a bit closer to the approx £5,000 that is needed.
This year we are hoping to get more of you donating than ever before, and whilst everyone likes a freebie, we all would love Cadstock to be able to continue for many future years to come! We can't solely rely on help from the council each year and so our target is to eventually become self-sufficient.

So please why not 'DONATE FIVE(£5) & KEEP CADSTOCK ALIVE!' - the festival runs over Saturday and Sunday, so if you attend each day, our suggested donation is £10. If a quarter of you donate just £5, we would easily reach our target! But please give whatever you can, every bit helps!

As the festival has grown, there are numerous costs that have increased. These include bands, sound engineers, first aiders, insurance, police, security, toilets etc. your donation goes directly towards ensuring Cadstock remains the annual event you know and love!
From everyone involved in Cadstock past and present we thank you for your ongoing love and support and whatever you can donate, big or small will help keep Cadstock alive and rocking for us all!
