Burnham Hermits' Festival

The Burnham Hermits' Festival is a truly unique event, that takes your private donations and turns them into public opportunities for local artists, craftsmen and musicians!  This year, with your help, we will have our first one! Sat Aug 12, in Burnham, Me on beautiful Pattersons field in an awesome 30x60 event tent. It is hosted by the Burnham Hermits, Haakon and Myan Kallweit, Pete Witham and Jenny Jumpstart. This new event is aimed at bringing the best of Maines artists together once a year to celebrate simple country life and culture. Real grass under your feet, real strings being strummed and real wood being carved into beautiful objects. American hands at work! We have some fantastic  live music lined up and we are looking for vendors crafters, small businesses and other artisans! The BHF is made free for vendors to vend by your contributions! By helping to take away fiscal barriers, you are stimulating the arts and entrepreneurship in the Heart of Maine! We are needing to raise 5k  accomplish this task and create a non-profit status for this galvanizing annual event. Please consider donating to this worthy cause. Every dollar helps!
