CAC Giving Tuesday Matching Campaign

The Community Arts Center has been Bringing Art to Life since 1948, serving Delaware County and the Philadelphia metropolitan region. For our last 53 years, we’ve thrived in our present elegant and historic home, adapting it for contemporary use while engaging a large and diverse community in learning about and participating in the arts.

This year, please join us with a Giving Tuesday donation celebrating and supporting our remarkable facility. Each contribution will be used to directly support strategic maintenance and renovation of CAC’s very unique one-of-a-kind home. Keeping a property like this maintained and updated requires significant, ongoing investment.

Looking back, it’s amazing how our community has supported the need to maintain our historic facility – even during the ongoing pandemic. Individuals and foundations have joined to support projects ranging from essential maintenance and studio upgrades to new air filtration. Larger recent projects have included the new wood-fired kiln, as well as roofing and painting projects securing the integrity of the wonderful Smith Court building.

Looking forward, our essential maintenance and upgrade priorities continue, of course, even as we continue to work to restore CAC’s staff, programming, and events to pre-pandemic levels.
