The Cabbagetown Community Arts Centre has been providing music lessons to low-income families in the St. Jamestown, Regent Park Moss Park and Cabbagetown neighborhoods for 45 years. In addition to music lessons, we provide a place for kids, teens and families to come together and spend time in a peaceful, musical environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We are a registered charity and depend on donations to keep running, which allows us to charge highly reduced rates compared to other music schools.

We started this GoFundMe to purchase keyboards and guitars to loan to our students. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Our wonderful donors ensure that the school will stay open, however we do not have a budget for gear-related things. We would be grateful for any contribution.
