Jumping for George – A Skydive in His Memory
Last year, I lost one of my best friends—George.
He had been unwell for many years, and we all watched him slowly deteriorate. But even through the hardest times, George showed strength, humour, and resilience that inspired everyone around him. His passing left a deep void in the lives of everyone who knew and loved him.
To honour George’s memory, I've decided to do something bold—something completely outside my comfort zone. I’m going to jump out of a plane
In October, me and my wife will be taking part in a skydive to raise funds for AT society, in memory of George and in support of others going through similar battles.
This isn’t just about facing my own fears—it’s about celebrating George’s life, his courage, and the love we all still carry for him. I want this jump to be a tribute to everything he meant to us, and to make a real difference in his name.
If you’re able to donate, no matter how big or small, I’d be incredibly grateful. Your support means the world—not just to me, but to everyone who loved George.
Thank you
