Olivias daddy on birth certificate

Daddy passed of an unknown heart condition at just 35yrs old.

He should be here to be her daddy and already be on certificate.

I was not going to do this way but life is already a massive struggle with a new baby and grieving and moving. So a few people suggested to do this as a little can go a long way.

Thank you for any help given from myself and Olivia as I know when she is old enough to understand she will be glad I fought for this.
