C2C sponsored bike ride - Eswatini World Challenge

Hi, my name is George, I am 15 years old and I am fundraising to take part in a World Challenge expedition to Eswatini in Africa in 2025.

This expedition will involve me volunteering in the local community, helping support education and activities with children orphaned by AIDs in rural communities. This will be an enormous challenge for me as well as giving me a fantastic chance to learn about the local culture and way of life.

It is going to be a challenge in itself for me to raise the money to go but I am determined to work hard to make it happen. To raise some of the money I have decided to set myself the challenge of cycling from coast to coast across the north of England this summer from the 30th of July until the 2nd of August. This is a distance of more than 200km from Whitehaven on the Irish Sea to Tynemouth on the North Sea coast. This will take me several days of cycling and camping and as I don't currently cycle much this is a big challenge. I will be dragging my dad along with me - I hope it doesn't kill him!
