On December 9th, Colby Matthew Combs passed away unexpectedly.
Colby and the love of his life, Nicole are expecting twin baby boys in a couple of weeks. Nicole is currently bedridden and hospitalized until the babies are born. One of the babies has a heart condition, hypoplastic left heart syndrome and will need multiple surgeries , Nicole had to quit her job to be hospitalized and Colby was working to pay the bills.
