We know little about what happened to Hazel before she was left at the shelter but our hearts are breaking for the pain and neglect she has endured in her first 6 months of life.  Emaciated and full of infection, she has a long road to recovery but  she has the best fosters and vets on her side to make sure she experiences only love and compassion from here on out. We know that Hazel will be a hefty medical bill for us but that she is what rescue is all about and we will promise to give her the best of care and find her the best forever family.
