Cardiff Half Marathon

On the 6th of October, Lucy and I will be (attempting) to run the Cardiff Half Marathon.

I have personally chosen to run for Breast Cancer Now charity.

Recently one of my amazing aunts was diagnosed with breast cancer. She underwent a double mastectomy and other treatments over the last year. We can celebrate now that she is cancer free!! She has been truly inspiring from this journey and is proving to be one of the most amazing people I know!

I am running to pass on how important it to get checked and to spread awareness of this condition as I know so many people are affected by this condition.

Lucy is also running for prostate cancer for similar reasons as we both want to share how important these causes are!
