Clear Mind Derby is a community-focused mental health support organisation based in Derby — created to help adults who are struggling with low to medium mental health needs, isolation, loneliness and unsafe or poor living conditions. We believe that no one should have to face life’s challenges alone, and that community connection and practical support can truly make a difference.

Our services include:

Community Outreach Support — offering encouragement, guidance and practical support to people across Derby.

Community Workshops and Events — creating opportunities for people to connect, learn and feel supported.

A Community Café — a safe, welcoming space where people can enjoy good company and nourishing food, open Monday to Friday.

We work with people wherever they are in their journey — whether that’s helping them feel less alone, supporting them through everyday difficulties, signposting to specialist services, or simply being there to listen with respect and dignity.

Over a short time since our launch, we have already seen how meaningful this support can be — and how much more is needed. But to keep going, and to reach even more people in need across Derby, we need your help.
