We've all depended on the hard work and dedication of our citys nursing staff, whether it's been related to the covid pandemic or not. I think we can all agree that we can count ourselves lucky to have the healthcare system that we do and the nurses who keeping it running.

So let's toss some cheer and gratitude towards them, and come together and buy each of them a coffee in the hope they can find a few minutes to enjoy it, and take some comfort knowing their community hasn't forgotten them and remains as grateful as ever.

A coffee runs about $2.40 and there are about 2,220 nurses staffing Regina General and Pasqua hospitals. $5,328 is a lot of money, but if we can put the briefest of smiles on their faces, it sounds like a pretty good deal.
