As many of you have seen the recent news about our very hard working NHS workers are not able to even buy the basic food from shops, after working extremely long hours under unprecedented amounts of pressure.
So I have been speaking to a couple of friends who are South London residents and we would like to raise some funds to have some fresh fruits, vegs and dairy products delivered directly to the hospital door.
What I have done so far:
I have an agreement with Reynolds greengrocer, who will be happy to do the deliveries.
I have also made contact with a Service Manager at King’s who is now working with her manager to look at the best way to receive the order(s).
Reynolds website: https://www.reynolds-cs.com/
So I have done all I can now, it is now over to you to dig deep into your pockets and donate what you can.
If you can’t donate because you are affected by the current situation, that is totally understandable, but please share this far and wide, so we can raise as much money as possible.
If you like what I am doing, feel free to start a similar campaign, but please make sure your local NHS services can take deliveries first, as they might have restrictions in place.
Thanks a lot!
