In January this year, a group of local farming families got together and sent a small team over to Vanuatu to help after the Earthquake. In collaboration with the local YWAM team they took in donated food and clothing, worked to rebuild water tanks, and ran clinics for local kids.

And on the 22nd of September, we're going back! This time we'll be helping them set up a farm.

The big idea is to help establish a source of food and income, with their farm providing significant self-sufficiency and long-term resiliency in the face of future natural weather events.

So what's the budget?

For the Chickens - $2800.

If we can raise that - fantastic!

For the Chickens AND a cow and calf - $12,025.

And for Chickens, Cow and Calf, AND pigs - $15,025

Now we've all decided the person who pitches in the most gets naming rights for the cow. Then the person who gives the second largest amount gets to name the calf, then so on and so forth until we've got cool names for all our Paradise Farm animals. So c'mon - together we can do it!
