Bushey Heath Primary’s Young Marathoners: Help Us Build Our Dream Playground!

Hello amazing supporters!

We are Bushey Heath Primary School, and we’ve got something incredible happening…

40 of our brilliant students — aged just 5 to 11 — are lacing up their trainers and taking on the London Mini Marathon on Saturday 26th April.

These young champions are running their hearts out to raise money for something close to all of their hearts — new outdoor play and learning equipment for our school.

Why We’re Running:

Outdoor time is more than just fun — it’s vital for health, wellbeing, and learning. We want to create a vibrant, engaging space where children can explore, move, and play safely. Every pound raised helps us transform break times and outdoor learning into something magical.

Why It Matters:

Play boosts mental and physical health

It supports social skills and teamwork

It helps our students recharge and thrive
